CORPORATE PURPOSE
The company’s purpose is the construction, acquisition, sale, leasing, and operation of hotels, hotel-residences, hotel-apartments, residence-apartments, motels, hostels, residence hostels, vacation villages, inns, guest houses, campsites, and restaurants in all their various forms. FISCAL YEAR 2021
In the fiscal year 2021, Compostela Beach S.A. received a direct subsidy from the Government of the Canary Islands under the provisions of Decree Law 10/2021, of July 22, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies aimed at covering the cost of the Property Tax borne by companies operating tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands, affected by the crisis resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. This decree also amends Decree Law 9/2021, of June 28, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies to employees affected by temporary employment regulation files due to COVID-19 (BOC 151, July 23, 2021).
This subsidy was used to cover the Property Tax for the fiscal year 2021 for the tourist accommodation establishment, with the following identification details and the corresponding amount in euros:
